• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Damaged, used, or incomplete products are not eligible for returns.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.

• Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
